For your application to scholarships or support programs offered by Camino Abierto I.A.P. For the analysis of your data in relation to any of our services and/or to evaluate the quality of the services we provide. We may also obtain personal data from other sources permitted by law, such as telephone directories (printed or online) or employment-related sources. The data obtained through these means may include, but is not limited to: Business Name, Full Name, Job Title, Telephone Number, and Email Address. Please be advised that in order to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, Sensitive Personal Data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“the Law”). Therefore, we are committed to handling such data under the strictest security measures to ensure its confidentiality. Likewise you are also hereby informed that you have the right to: Access and Rectify your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data held by us, as well as to know the details of their processing; to opt out of receiving promotional messages; and to Revoke (Cancel) the consent previously granted to us, when you believe that such data is no longer necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, is being used for unauthorized purposes, or the contractual or service relationship has ended. You may also object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
